Celebrate the Summer at the Children’s Museum

Start your summer off right! The Mid-Hudson Children’s Museum is hosting a summer kick-off event featuring live performance and activities for the entire family. Cost is $15 per person. The activities include:
Sky Hunters in Flight!
Show time at 10 a.m.
Brian Bradley's captivating show features birds of prey from all over the world and Hudson Valley raptors! See a live flight demonstration, experience the silent flight of an owl and see a hawk and falcon demonstrate the skill they use to hunt and catch prey in the wild!
Hudson River Food Chain
Showtime at 11:30 a.m.
Learn about our beautiful Hudson River in a new and interactive way!
Nimham Mountain Singers
Show time at 2 p.m.
Sing and dance to traditional Native American music of the Algonquins!
Drumming, woodland songs and colorful dancing for all ages! This performance has been made possible, in part, with public funds from NYSCA.
Throughout the Day Enjoy....
Bubbles, face painting, arts and craft activities, ice cream and more!
Kick off Watershed Awareness Month with the Dutchess Watershed Coalition and help clean up the creek!
Museum admission available for additional $5 per person.
